The Scope
Conoco Phillips requested Cube perform a 3rd party lift verification and validation for their Dewatering Manifold FLET (DWM) to ensure their Installation contractor’s design and testing for lifting was acceptable.
The Outcome
Cube’s review of installation contractor’s reports and calculations highlighted a lack of compliance to Conoco Phillips’ specification. The installation contractor was required to submit a dispensation request with supporting documentation. Cube approved the dispensation.
