The Scope
The Cube Offshore was engaged by Inpex to design, supply and install pipe supports and seafastening in the Well Test Area on the Ensco E5006 drilling rig.
The Outcome
As per the client requirements, seafastening design was carried out for the following equipment:
- Item 2 – Choke Manifold (double block) – 10Te
- Item 3 – Heat Exchanger – 26.2Te
- Item 5 – Separator – 40Te
- Item 7A – Vertical Surge Tank – 33.362Te
- Item 7B – Vertical Surge Tank – 28.842Te
- Item 8 – Transfer Pump – 1.2Te
- Item 11 – Sampling Lab Cabin – 10Te
- Item 12 – DAQ Lab Cabin – 10Te
- Item 14 – Well Test Container – 10Te
- Item 21 – Main String Umbilical Reeler – 16.5Te
Supports were designed for the inter-connection pipework.
The manhour expenditure on this task was 1400.
