The Scope
Cube was engaged to perform wave load, wave load sensitivity, stress analysis and utilization assessment for a conductor/casing under repair on Wandoo A.
The Outcome
Cube performed wave load analysis and strucutral analysis using Staad Pro and SACS to assess the stresses in the Wandoo A5 Conductor and Casing under a proposed repair condition. The calculations estimated stress levels and utilisations in the conductor and casing to provide ‘fit for purpose’ insights into the acceptable levels of corrosion and wave heights that the conductor could withstand.
